Job Title: RFR-BA-625 – Business Analyst (Healthcare)
Client: Shared Health Manitoba
Contract Duration: 7 months (possibility of extension)
Working Status: Remote from inside Canada.
Hours per day: 7.75

Skills and Experience
1. 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment.
2. 10 years’ experience implementing projects in healthcare environments. Activities should include facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders.
3. 3 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in a clinical environment.
4. 5 years’ experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHRs) in a clinical environment.
5. 5 years’ experience in a business analysis team lead role implementing healthcare information system projects.
6. 3 years’ experience using agile techniques to develop prototypes of healthcare information systems with the goal of improving usability and user satisfaction.
