Looking for RFR-BA-620 – Business Analyst – Healthcare, 11 Months contract with Shared Health Manitoba, Remote

Mandatory Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Software Development.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification

Skills and Experience
10 years’ experience in a business or systems analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment.
3 years’ experience performing gap analysis activities on ICT systems to ensure that they meet provincial or state regulatory requirements. Experience should include evaluating systems and business processes for compliance and developing requirements to ensure compliance.
3 years’ experience in a software quality assurance role including the development of test plans and including the execution of infrastructure testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
1 year of experience developing requirements for the standardization of clinical documentation in an electronic patient record system on a provincial, regional, or state-wide level.
2 years’ experience implementing healthcare portal solutions designed to support primary care clinics and client enrolment. Experience should include integration with primary care software.
1 year of experience performing analysis on large-scale systems designed for public health surveillance and disease management.
