Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Hiring Business Analyst (Healthcare) Position for Toronto location

Work type: Contract and onsite

applicant must be PR / Citizen

MUST HAVES:
5+ years leading and supporting public sector healthcare IT projects, applying OPS equivalent public-sector methodologies (e.g., UPM, EA, GO-ITS/digital standards).
Demonstrated ability to bring a design-oriented, user-centred perspective to the business analysis (e.g., journey mapping, service design, usability testing.)
Proven experience using advanced business analysis techniques, including use cases, conceptual/logical data models, process/data flow modelling, business rules, and non-functional requirements.
Experience conducting BA work across all phases of the lifecycle, including discovery, iterative alpha/prototyping, and solution evaluation for beta/mvp planning.
Strong experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, and producing decision-ready BA artefacts (options, impacts, recommendations) for governance or senior leadership.
