Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in the healthcare sector to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth business analysis expertise and be adept at driving technology solutions to improve healthcare operations. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct business analysis at varying levels of detail with relevant stakeholders, aligning with Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture, Gating Process, and Agile Systems Development Methodologies.
Review production logs regularly and suggest proactive measures to resolve issues.
Lead and support I&IT business analysis services, focusing on diverse business and technology needs.
Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, and standards to promote best practices across the organization.
Promote I&IT solutions to business problems and provide in-depth business needs assessments for IT-driven business solutions.
Maintain and update business processes and user documentation.
Apply re-engineering concepts to improve business service delivery and reduce costs.
Develop strategies, business cases, and feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.
Conduct gap analysis of vendor release upgrades and propose necessary changes for business processes.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to management and stakeholders.
Develop performance measures and conduct evaluations to assess business analysis impact.
Experience with dispensed drug data and/or immunization data is highly preferred.
Business Analysis Skills:
Preferred experience in healthcare business analysis.

IT Knowledge & Experience:
At least 10 years of IT experience with a focus on emerging IT trends and technologies.
Highly proficient in using MS Office products.
Desirable Experience:
Experience with Salesforce (admin level preferred).
Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce or similar CRM products.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies such as Amazon Connect, Amazon DynamoDB, and AWS Lambda.
Knowledge of contact center technology, including call routing, IVR, and workforce management systems.
