Business Analyst – Finance Systems

Hiring: Business Analyst – Finance Systems | Hybrid (3 days onsite in Markham)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of insurance accounting and finance systems?

We’re currently sourcing a professional with:
✅ 5+ years of experience in finance systems within the insurance industry
✅ Strong grasp of Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) and mainframe constructs
✅ Experience with IFRS17, OSFI, GISA, Facility Association, GAA
✅ Excellent skills in SQL scripting, ETL, and data analysis
✅ Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering, process mapping, and financial reporting impacts
You’ll work cross-functionally to support finance tech initiatives, participate in testing and validation, and help ensure financial data quality and compliance.

📍Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Markham (Tuesdays & Wednesdays mandatory)
