I’m looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Commercial Cards📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
⏳ Duration: 6+ Months
🏦 Domain: Commercial Cards or TSYS experience

🔍 Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst who has deep functional knowledge of Commercial Card products to drive requirements, process improvements, and solution definition across multiple card programs.

⭐ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Elicit, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders
✔️ Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for Commercial Card operations
✔️ Support One Card, Corporate Card, Virtual Card, and Purchasing Card products
✔️ Work closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams to translate business needs into system requirements
✔️ Assist with UAT planning and support go-live activities

⭐ Required Skills:
🔹 Hands-on experience as a BA in the Commercial Cards domain
🔹 Strong understanding of card lifecycle, processing, and reconciliation flows
🔹 Experience within financial institutions or large-scale card product implementations
🔹 Outstanding analytical, communication, and documentation capabilities
