Understand the business needs of the customer and assess the impact of those needs in order to communicate and implement the recommended efficient solutions.

What will your job look like?

 

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and external telecom customers.
Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, development teams, and techincal analystr to ensure functional alignment and delivery readiness.
Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users, customer SMEs, and technical teams.
Support in gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for change requests and new initiatives.
Support end-to-end solution lifecycle: from conceptualization and documentation to testing and production rollout.
Act as a functional SME, providing ongoing support during design, development, testing, and go-live phases.
Ensure traceability of requirements and solution provided following Amdocs’ delivery methodology and best practices.
Review deliverables such as test plans, training materials, and solution document to ensure business alignment.

All you need is…

 

Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management – Information System.
Customer-facing experience – ability to communicate the Amdocs solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business process.
Knowledge of the telecom industry and Amdocs business processes (ETOM, ASOM).
Experience in managing a team in cross-Amdocs domain solutions.
