Business Analyst (BA) – Capital Markets | Toronto, ON

We’re hiring a Business Analyst with deep expertise in Capital Markets & Trading/Surveillance.

Responsibilities:
Assess electronic surveillance alerts within trading context.
Collaborate with vendors & project teams to validate outputs.
Drive UAT strategy, execution, and partner with BAU teams to deliver insights.

Requirements:
8+ years in trading/surveillance within financial institutions.
Strong exposure to FX, fixed income, commodities, and OTC derivatives.
2+ years in regulatory/compliance functions.
Hands-on experience with UAT execution and reporting.
Solid understanding of hedging and trading strategies.
