Hiring Business Analyst position for Toronto location

work type: Contract and Hybrid (3 days onsite , 2 days remote )

Must Haves:

5+ years Extensive experience in business process mapping; workflow analysis; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case development; traceability matrices; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions.
5+ years Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5+ years Extensive experience in leading and conducting business analysis at varying levels of detail appropriate to the project and phases of project, aligning with project management methodologies, system development methodologies, enterprise architecture, and gating processes.
5+ years Extensive experience in leading and conducting business analysis in order to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined.
