🛑 HIRING – CONTRACT – HYBRID TORONTO 🛑

Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Business Analyst. The duration of the contract is until October 30, 2026 possible extension contract in downtown Toronto and 3-4 days/week onsite.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
2. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) required (or in process of completion)
3. Competence in systematically solving problems using appropriate process improvement methodologies to analyze complex data/information from different cross-functional teams, both locally and globally
4. Familiarity with related software programs (such MS Visio, Minitab, Power BI, Excel, JIRA, etc.)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
2. knowledge of data analysis
3. Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, systems, and operational processes
4. Fluency is Spanish
5. Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and DFSS concepts and principles
6. Payroll/HR experience
7. Experience with HR platforms (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
