Our client is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join a highly skilled team supporting the Enterprise Platform Modernization Initiative.
This exciting role will allow you to be at the forefront of transforming IRAP’s digital ecosystem, enabling small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to thrive.

What You’ll Do:
Support the Business Application team in deploying cutting-edge digital tools to drive the success of the project.
Enhance the client experience across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless, user-friendly interactions.
Contribute to the creation, migration, integration, and deployment of business applications and digital channels.
Promote the adoption and ease of use of new platforms, improving engagement for both internal staff and clients.
Enable enhanced decision-making with accurate and secure data at the right time.
Lead the end-to-end process of business requirements gathering, from elicitation to testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft business requirements and create clear, actionable business process and workflow diagrams.
Facilitate workshops for requirements elicitation and business process modeling.
Develop and execute test cases, ensuring all business processes and requirements are met.
Lead change impact analysis and recommend improvements to optimize processes and systems.
Maintain traceability of requirements across their lifecycle and support continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business transformation initiatives, ideally in an IM/IT environment.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated tools (Power Apps Portal, Power BI, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure DevOps).
Strong experience in process analysis, documentation, and creating business requirements and test cases.
Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams.
Exceptional adaptability and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
Experience working on medium-to-large-scale transformation projects.
Fluency in English (French is an asset).
