Business Analyst

Hiring: Payments – Business Analyst | Locations: Calgary / Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in payments platforms and end-to-end delivery.

Key Requirements:
Experience with US Wires and Canada Lynx
Knowledge of SWIFT and Fedwire payment systems
Exposure to Global Payments Platform (GPP) is a plus
Strong background in business analysis, QA validation, and testing coordination
Experience translating business requirements into clear functional specifications
Agile experience with tools like Jira, JTMF, and Confluence
Strong understanding of payment settlement, compliance, and risk

What You’ll Do:
Drive requirements, testing, and implementation for payment initiatives
Coordinate across business, tech, compliance, and vendors
Identify defects early and support resolution across teams
Ensure operational readiness and successful deployment
