Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 9 Years of hands-on working experience in performing business requirement documents, process workflows, use cases, data analytics and preparing communications.
– Advanced working experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
– Candidate must have Spanish/English proficiency.
****The candidate must clearly understand what the business needs, break it down into simple terms, and translate those needs into technical instructions the tech team can actually build.*****

Nice-To-Have Skills:
-Hands-on experience with the Microsoft suite of applications (ie: vision, PowerPoint) PowerBI.
-PowerShell an asset
-ServiceNow experience is an asset
