About the Opportunity
One of our banking clients is seeking a skilledBusiness Analyst to support the national roll-out of their Next Generation Network (NGN) upgrade across retail branches and collocated Wealth sites. This project includes transitioning from physical phones to WebEx voice solutions and upgrading SD-WAN infrastructure to enhance bandwidth, connectivity, and voice services.
The BA support team is essential to ensure smooth implementation, minimize disruptions, and provide an exceptional experience for branch users. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to work on a large-scale network upgrade while strengthening their coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do
Review and update branch floor plans; prepare station review documents in Excel for branch validation
Coordinate with branch contacts, external vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Act as Point of Contact (POC) during migration events, including evenings, for smooth communication and troubleshooting
Execute pre-migration, migration, installation, and post-migration tasks
Explain technical changes to non-technical branch contacts in plain language
Track employee information, create user profiles, and ensure successful WebEx registration
Support branch staff during the transition from physical phones to WebEx voice solutions
Monitor migration progress, escalate issues, and document resolutions
Ensure migration communications (timelines, instructions, FAQs) are sent ahead of events
Validate connectivity and voice services post-migration to confirm branch readiness
Must-Have Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong proficiency in Excel for documentation and reporting
Experience with infrastructure, networking, and voice services
Previous experience supporting end-users in migration projects
Nice-to-Have Skills
Previous branch experience or first-line support to branches
Bilingual (English/French)
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills to relay technical information to non-technical users
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Friendly and approachable demeanor to build trust with branch contacts
Calm under pressure and able to pivot quickly between tasks
Active listening skills to understand branch challenges and drive solutions
