Business Analyst

We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Remote – Canada)

Now Prepay is growing fast and bringing multiple systems and platforms together under one organization. We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in complexity and knows how to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable outcomes.

What you’ll do:
• Lead discovery with cross-functional stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Support process improvement, integrations, testing, and UAT
• Use data, automation, and modern tools (including AI) to improve delivery

What we’re looking for:
• 5-7+ years as a Business Analyst
• Experience in payments, fintech, POS, or transaction-based platforms (an asset)
• Strong requirements, process mapping, and testing experience
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Jira/Azure DevOps

This is a high-visibility role with real influence during a major growth phase.
