Job Title: RFR-BA-740 – Business Analyst
Working Status: Services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.

Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Hours per day: 7.75
Mandatory Requirements
· Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP certification
Education
· Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
Skills and Experience
1. 10 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
2. 5 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
3. 3 years’ experience implementing a project across multiple hospitals including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
4. 3 years’ experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
5. 3 years’ experience directly related to EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
6. 3 years’ experience directly related to the implementation of GoldCare Long Term Care solution over multiple sites. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.

Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
