🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Digital Platform Program 🚨
📍 Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)
📆 Duration: 1 Year

Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst passionate about digital innovation? We’re hiring for a key role in the Digital Platform Program – a high-impact initiative focused on enhancing customer experiences through modern solutions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Full lifecycle management of business requirements – analysis, refinement, validation, traceability
✔ Stakeholder engagement and vendor collaboration
✔ Gap analysis and documentation of business rules
✔ Business process modeling and future-state documentation
✔ Development of use cases, user stories, business maps, and process models
✔ Participation in project meetings and agile ceremonies
✔ Work across Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies

🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Degree/diploma in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field
✅ CBAP or PMI-PBA certification (or in progress)
✅ 1–3 years’ experience in a BA role, ideally in digital platform delivery
✅ Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
✅ Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills
