Services
The Consultant will be responsible for the following:
Provide business systems support and expertise in business support areas.Assist with analysis and deployment of business systems enhancements based on user needs.Help coordinate production support activities for financial applications.Support QA efforts, including unit testing and production deployment.Assist with applying Agile methodology best practices to the development team as needed.Participate in the application support cycle as part of a Tier 2 support team.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.Perform other related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
The Consultant Should Have The Following Qualifications And Skills
University degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field.At least 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in different organizations.At least 5 years of experience with data management applications.At least 5 years of experience in production support activities with end-users.Experience with backlog grooming and prioritization.Experience in application development and systems integration as a business analyst.Experience working with an external vendor providing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools.Knowledge of structured analysis techniques and development tools for business processes, automated systems, and workflow analysis.Ability to make sound decisions and recommend appropriate solutions by gathering information across various platforms.
Additional Qualifications:
The Following Qualifications Are a Plus
Experience in a financial market environment.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA), or other relevant certifications.Experience with S&P Global Market Intelligence Enterprise Data Management (formerly Markit EDM).French language skills are an asset.
