Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have strong ERP/SAP implementation experience and technical competency.

Key Responsibilities:
📊 Industry Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry data, such as 10-K statements, to uncover trends and assess performance.
Evaluate industry peers globally to understand strategic positioning and identify improvement areas.
📝 Pre-Planning & Feasibility: Lead feasibility assessments to evaluate the potential impact of ERP initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine detailed business and technical requirements.
📈 Partner with executive leadership within DT&S to define and refine ERP strategies. Develop and document initial business artifacts, such as business cases and process maps.
🤝 Collaboration with Systems Integrators (SI): Work closely with SIs to support the execution and deployment of ERP solutions.
🔍 Analyze process data and data flows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Compare metrics against industry standards to highlight areas for improvement.
🗣️ Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Support the development and refinement of program plans, timelines, and milestones.
✅ User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate test plans and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and objectives.
📊 Monitor program progress and prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership. Ensure effective communication across business units.
🛠️ RAID Log Management: Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs comprehensively. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
📈 Collect, analyze, and consolidate program data to support informed decision-making. Develop data models and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
🔄 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions.
Assist in post-implementation reviews to enhance future program execution.

Qualifications:
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Engineering, Data Science,
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management
💼 Experience:
2-4 years in business analysis or process improvement roles, in ERP implementation.
Experience in finance systems, plant operations, or manufacturing
🛠️ Skills: Strong data analysis and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools.
