What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise tech solutions
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and support solution upgrades
Create and optimize processes, documentation, and business cases
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and development teams for seamless delivery
What You Bring:
10+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
Deep expertise in data analysis, business modeling, gap analysis & process design
Skilled in stakeholder management, change impact analysis & performance metrics
Proficient in MS Office, with strong documentation & presentation skills
Experience with Salesforce, CRM solutions, cloud tech, AWS, contact center tech, or health sector data (dispensed drug/immunization)
• Knowledge and experience with the following Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies – Amazon Connect, Amazon Pinpoint, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Kinesis Datastreams, Amazon S3, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda and Amazon Cloudwatch
• Knowledge of Contact Center Technology such as Call Routing, Interactive Voice Response, Workforce Management, etc.
