We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Contract)
📍 Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office) | 🕒 6-month contract (potential to extend or convert)
Join a high-impact Technology Portfolio Management team driving digital transformation across multiple enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, IRIS, and custom-built applications.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve integrations, enhance user experience, and shape governance and analytics frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both Agile and Waterfall environments, and is passionate about building smarter, more efficient systems.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
Optimize integrations across enterprise platforms and APIs
Drive process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design
Collaborate on dashboards, governance reports & performance tuning
Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies
💡 What You Bring:
3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT
Knowledge of Dynamics 365, IRIS, APIs, and integration strategies
Strong in Azure DevOps, Power BI, Figma, and stakeholder engagement
Bonus: Azure integration experience or Agile certifications
