Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s in Business or Computer Science (minimum)
3+ years Business Analyst experience
Certifications preferred: CBAP, CSM (Scrum Master)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Agile / Scrum / Kanban experience
Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Business Central, Azure DevOps
Public Sector Industry experience (Education industry preferred)
