Job Title: Business Analyst – Wealth Management
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst with strong experience in the Wealth Management domain (Advisory, Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Management, or similar areas). The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

8 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
3–5 years of Wealth Management domain experience (advisory, portfolio construction, portfolio management, investment products).
Strong knowledge of investment products: mutual funds, ETFs, equities, fixed income, managed accounts.
Experience working with Portfolio Management Systems, Order Management Systems, or Financial Planning Tools.
Proficiency in requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Wealth/Investment platforms (e.g., Charles River, SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg AIM, BlackRock Aladdin, Broadridge, or similar).
CFA designation or progress towards CFA/CFP/Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
Exposure to regulatory requirements in Canada (IIROC, MFDA, CSA).
