Urgently Hiring: Building Operator in Ottawa We’re looking for a skilled Building Operator to join the operations team for a well‑managed office property in Ottawa. What You’ll Do: • Conduct daily inspections and preventative maintenance • Respond to tenant service requests and resolve building issues • Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems • Monitor BAS controls and support energy efficiency initiatives • Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance work What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of building operations or commercial facilities experience • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of HVAC and life‑safety systems • Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision What’s Offered: • Competitive salary: $60K–$70K • Stable, full‑time position with room to grow • Opportunity to support a respected property team 📩 Interested or know someone who’d be a great fit, message me directly for more details.
