Billing Account Analyst

We’re Hiring: Intermediate Billing Account Analyst

Are you a customer service professional with experience in a fast-paced call center environment, preferably within the insurance or banking sector?

🔹 Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid )
🔹 Duration: 4 months
🔹 Shifts: Monday–Friday (8 AM–8 PM), occasional Saturdays
🔹Pay rate: $ 19.56/hr

🔹 Start: ASAP

💼 What you’ll be doing:
✔ Responding to 30–40 inbound billing-related inquiries daily
✔ Collaborating with underwriters and insurance partners
✔ Investigating and resolving discrepancies
✔ Providing empathetic and efficient customer support

👤 What we’re looking for:
✅ 1–2 years in a contact center (insurance/banking preferred)
✅ Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and web-based tools
✅ Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
