About the job
At BeachHead, we are rethinking the way recruiting works and French-speaking talent is at the heart of our growth.

We are looking for a driven bilingual recruitment associate to join our growing team. This is a high volume role where your language skills are not just an asset — they are the foundation of everything you will do. You will be the voice of BeachHead in both official languages, owning the bilingual candidate experience end-to-end while working alongside a collaborative team of experienced recruiters. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow within the recruitment industry. The Recruitment Associate will work closely with senior recruiters and play a key role in screening, sourcing, and coordinating candidates for a variety of positions across business, administrative, operations, customer support, and technology environments. If you are entrepreneurial, organized, energetic, and not afraid to learn and grow through experience, we would love to hear from you.

Annual Salary Range (CAD): $55,000 – $60,000

Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, bilingual communication throughout the recruitment cycle
Accurately document candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Act as a BeachHead ambassador within the francophone candidate community

Fully bilingual in French and English — native or near-native fluency in both languages, written and spoken (this is non-negotiable)
2+ years of recruitment, staffing, customer-facing, or related experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable navigating both Quebec French and Canadian French contexts
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, confident, and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and virtually
Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail, including resume formatting and candidate documentation
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry
