Bilingual HelpDesk Analyst (French/English) for a Very-Well-Established Fortune100 Retailer in Canada!
(*6 months contract, Hybrid/Remote, 6 am – 2 pm shift – must be able to work weekends)

Looking for:
· Relevant work experience in a retail help desk or call center. (40-60 calls per day)
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & French)
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
· Familiarity with support area for problem escalation is essential.
· Strong motivation and team building skills are desired.
· University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
