We’re Hiring: Bilingual Data Analyst (Spanish) – Cloud Migration Project (Hybrid in Toronto)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days/week )
🕒 Contract Duration: ASAP to Oct 31, 2025 (Strong potential for extension)

Are you a skilled Data Analyst with a passion for cloud transformation, data discovery, and stakeholder collaboration? Join a leading financial institution’s International Banking division as they build a unified cloud data platform to serve multiple countries and business units.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to uncover business needs and translate them into data requirements.
Perform data discovery and exploration across internal and external datasets.
Conduct data quality checks, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy.
Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Present insights to stakeholders and contribute to cloud migration initiatives.
Support the development of data governance and best practices.
✅ What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in data analysis focused on data discovery and stakeholder engagement.
Strong command of SQL and proficiency in Python, R, or related tools.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Deep understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex findings.
Fluent in Spanish – essential for working with international teams.
💡 Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of advanced statistical methods or machine learning.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
