Hiring: Bilingual Collections Representative (English & French)
📍 Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 2 days on-site: Mon & Thurs)
🕒 12-Month Contract

This is a great opportunity for someone proactive, resilient, and comfortable handling high-volume calls while working toward performance targets. You’ll be making outbound calls, negotiating payment arrangements, and supporting customers with professionalism and empathy.

What we are looking for?
– 1+ year of customer service experience (call centre or retail)
– Strong communication skills in English & French
