Bilingual Business Analyst (Cybersecurity / IT)

We are seeking a Bilingual Business Analyst (Cybersecurity / IT) to support the Project Manager throughout the planning and execution of initiatives. This is
Fully Remote work (Canada). 1 year contract term with an optional 1-year extension.

In this role, you will translate business needs and cybersecurity requirements into clear, actionable requirements and deliverables.

The successful candidate must be eligible to apply for Secret Security Clearance (minimum 5 years of residency in Canada).

Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for complex IT and cybersecurity initiatives
Support scope and requirements change analysis, including impact assessments and documentation for project change requests
Collaborate with project and product teams across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Information Security and IT
5+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst supporting project teams in complex environments
Proven experience gathering and managing requirements for IT or cybersecurity projects
University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
Bilingual in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
CCBA or CBAP certification
SCRUM Master and/or PMP certification
Knowledge of the Bank’s functions and core business processes
Experience overseeing cloud-based projects, particularly Microsoft Azure
