Job Description

looking for a Big Data Engineer/Developer for a hybrid role based in Vancouver.

1. 5+ years’ Hands-on experience of working with Big Data / Analytics technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Python, Scala.

2. 3-4 years experience working with real-time or near real-time ingestion. Need a strong understanding of postgreSQL or no-sql or within the Hadoop ecosystem.

3. 2-3 years of experience knowledge in Java, Scala or Python.

4. Strong Communication – ability to clearly articulate what you are doing and how you will hold yourself accountable.
