Hiring: BI Migration Lead | IBM Cognos → AWS QuickSight | Remote Canada

We’re looking for an experienced BI Migration Lead to drive the migration of enterprise reporting from IBM Cognos to AWS QuickSight.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Cognos (Framework Manager, Report Studio, Cognos Analytics), AWS QuickSight, SQL, data modeling, and AWS services (Redshift, Athena, Glue, S3). Experience with report migration, dashboard rebuilds, SPICE optimization, data validation, and reconciliation is essential. AWS certifications and Python experience are a plus.

Location: Remote (Canada) – Candidates must already be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada.
