📍 Location: Hybrid (2 days/week from any office) 🏢💻
📅 Contract Term: January 6, 2025 – June 30, 2025 🗓️

Key Responsibilities:
• 🌟 Understand specific business domains and transform data into actionable insights 💡.
• 🛠️ Create robust analytics solutions using a wide range of data structures and sources 🔄.
• 🤝 Work closely with stakeholders to ensure analysis is clear and actionable 🔍.
• 📊 Analyze data and develop insights to support decision-making across various domains 💼.
• 📉 Lead risk measurement processes and contribute to stress-testing programs 🚨.

Required Experience & Skills:
• 🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science (or equivalent) 🎓.
• 🏆 4+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 📚.
• 💡 Expertise in data manipulation, project management reporting, strategic reporting, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) 📊.
• 🖥️ Proficient in data tools and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 🖼️.
• 📐 Strong understanding of statistics and mathematics for data configuration 📏.
• 🗣️ Experience in communicating insights to both internal and external stakeholders 📬.
