Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Associate. This position involves supporting loan processing activities, including charging security/mortgages, loan programming, and preparing legal correspondence. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment, with potential for contract extension or conversion.

Pay rate (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.87/hr

Responsibilities

Manage loan security setup and mortgage charging processes
Assist with loan programming tasks
Prepare letters for solicitors to facilitate new security engagements
Communicate effectively with team members through daily meetings and Teams correspondence
Maintain high-quality work to meet service level agreements
Ensure compliance with security and loan policies
Support team and adapt to volume fluctuations, demonstrating ownership of responsibilities
