Azure & D365 Dev Lead – Client Servicing & Platform Architecture
We are looking for a technical Azure & D365 Dev Lead to spearhead the evolution of our platform foundations within the Capital Markets /Private Equity space. This role is a strategic blend of hands-on technical leadership, system migration, and the architectural design of a multi-tenant, agnostic client servicing ecosystem.

As the lead, you will orchestrate a critical transition from our legacy Case Management system to a modern CRM environment powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. Knowledge of client servicing, supportingand building workflows is paramount.

Core Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee a multi-tenant, platform-agnostic architecture that supports both client onboarding and long-term servicing workflows.
System Migration: Lead the complex migration of data and workflows from legacy Case Management systems to a unified CRM framework.
D365 Configuration: Serve as the SME for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, focusing on case management, queues, SLAs, and routing rules.
Data & AI Strategy: Leverage Azure Database for Common Data Model (CDM) and Dataverse to ensure data integrity. Integrate AI capabilities to automate servicing tasks and enhance decision-making.
Team Management: Lead a small, agile team of developers, providing mentorship and establishing ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) guardrails and solution packaging standards.
Performance & Tuning: Ensure the platform remains high-performing through Dataverse schema optimization and security modeling.
