AWS Cloud Architect Location: PCS CA~TORONTO Years of Experience: 7-8 Years Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions using AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services, including Lambda, ECS, Fargate, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, along with a solid understanding of security best practices and infrastructure as code. This role requires a proven self-starter who can deliver results with minimal supervision and convert requirements into meaningful solutions. Responsibilities: – Design and architect scalable and secure AWS solutions. – Implement and manage AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, Fargate, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. – Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate deployment and management of cloud resources. – Develop and execute unit tests for APIs and batch processes. – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and applications. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. – Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). – Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Mandatory Skills: – Proficient in AWS Cloud Technology (AWS Lambda, ECS, Fargate, API Gateway, DynamoDB). – Strong understanding of security best practices and IAM. – Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. – Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. – Excellent troubleshooting skills.
