Automation Tester

Job Description

Title: Automation Tester
Location: Scarborough – Hybrid
Must have:
– You have hands-on experience with identifying defects, minimizing steps to replicate and logging issues into a defect tracking tool (JIRA or similar ticketing systems)
– Five or more years of experience in automated testing tools
– Experience with testing REST API using Postman
– Experience working on automation frameworks web applications Selenium.
– Coding skills with any of the following technologies: Java, JavaScript
– Experience with developing Rest assured automation framework.
– Write complex SQL queries to validate data and workflows
– Good understanding of software testing methodologies (functional vs non-functional testing)
– Experience working in agile teams either using Scrum or Kanban.
– Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
