We’re looking for an experienced Autodesk/Engineering Application Support Lead to join our team in Toronto!
🔹 Key Skills & Responsibilities:
✅ Work directly with clients to understand business and engineering application requirements.
✅ Design, configure, and implement customized Autodesk solutions.
✅ Tailor Autodesk products to meet client-specific operational needs.
✅ Optimize engineering workflows and improve productivity.
✅ Provide ongoing technical support, user training, and adoption guidance.
✅ Leverage deep expertise in Autodesk products to deliver high-value solutions.
✅ Collaborate effectively with stakeholders through strong communication and consulting skills.
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk software and engineering applications.
✔ Proven client-facing consulting and solution implementation experience.
✔ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
