We are Hiring for SAP Archiving Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Archiving Consultant with over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM data archive using SAP Archive Development Kit (ADK) . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP HCM and a proven track record of successfully implementing data archiving solutions in an architectural capacity.
Qualifications:
•            Over 6 years of professional experience in SAP HCM with a focus on data archiving with able to provide solutioning in architectural capacity for a complex landscape.
•            Expertise in SAP ADK with at least two end-to-end data archiving projects.
•            Should have experience of Archiving data related to SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll & Benefits) and HR processes.
•            Should have experience in Archiving of SAP Payroll (Canada & USA) results
•            Should have good understanding and knowledge of business data retention & destruction requirements.
•            Should be able to create / configure custom objects in SAP ADK technology based on the Data Retention & Legal hold requirements, if standard objects does not exist
•            Should be able to perform system analysis & provide alternative solutions, such that no impact on the system after archiving or destruction.
•            Proficiency in ABAP programming and troubleshooting.
•            Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•            Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
