Job Description:
Technical Skills:
• Enterprise Architecture: Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Integration: Experience with API management, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Data Management: Proficiency in data modelling, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
• DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing system performance and scalability.
• Security: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices in the banking sector.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable and secure banking architectures that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the development of architecture frameworks for core banking systems, digital payments, and omni-channel banking solutions.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to translate business objectives into strategic technology initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance banking operations and customer experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration of banking systems with digital channels, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking technology.
• Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards and security protocols.
• Document and present architectural solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking solutions, and payment processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
