We’re Hiring: Application/Production support analyst (Brokerage)
Location: Downtown Toronto, Hybrid
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver passionate about trading platforms and capital markets? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can bridge customer experience with technical troubleshooting? If so, we want you on our Digital Engineering Operations team!
What You’ll Do:
✔ Triage and resolve incidents for banks’ Online/Mobile Brokerage platforms (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, PagerDuty).
✔ Be the voice of the customer – translate technical issues (e.g., API errors) into business impact (e.g., “Why can’t users place trades?”).
✔ Lead central incident management, collaborate with dev teams, and drive long-term fixes.
✔ Rotational on-call support
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
🔹 Brokerage domain knowledge (e.g., QuestTrade/iTrade/RBC DI experience is a huge plus!).
🔹 Production support/SRE background (ITIL, monitoring tools, SQL, incident management).
🔹 A curious mindset – you love connecting dots between tech systems and user workflows.
🔹 Comfort with cloud tech (Kubernetes, Docker) and scripting (nice-to-have).
