The manager drives agile delivery, ensures production stability, and contributes to the organization’s technology roadmap while fostering high-performing teams through coaching, recruitment, and performance management. This is a leadership role responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of IT professionals to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications.

Key skills include strong experience in solution architecture, application development, and system design, with deep expertise in delivering complex enterprise solutions across Salesforce and Workday platforms. Proven background in enterprise integrations using Java/JEE technologies and event streaming tools like Kafka.

Demonstrated strength in leading agile delivery teams, driving DevOps and CI/CD practices across cloud and SaaS environments, and building strong business and technical relationships. Brings a strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to technology roadmaps, enable secure use of digital analytics, and communicate effectively through strong presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
