Description:
Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail is required. Intermediate proficiency in SAP for Retail Core Merchandising & Master Data, SAP for Retail Point of Sale, and SAP for Retail Store Operations is suggested.

Years of experience required for each skill? Minimum 2 to 3 end to end SAP implementation experience

What type of skills/education is needed for this position? SAP Retail consultant / SAP consultant with strong MM pricing / SD pricing and knowledge on Rebate agreement / Condition contract

You will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. – Design innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs.- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to ensure alignment with application design.- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.- Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application design processes.- Creating functional solution and completing design, build, and test- Developing detailed Business process design designs and associated documentation- Designing and documenting RICEFW objects, test models and scripts, etc.- Gathering requirements and design solutions to meet these business process designs requirements- Facilitate interaction with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements. – Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts- Developing detailed configuration rationales and designs as well as system configuration build.
