🕓 Hours: 24–30 hrs/week

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Providing hands-on support for MacBook, iPhone & iPad
✔ Managing tickets and troubleshooting issues with ease
✔ Supporting Google Suite + basic audio/video setups
✔ Troubleshooting networks: TCP/IP, VLAN, Subnetting
✔ Managing Active Directory, Windows Server, and more
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven IT support or help desk experience
🔹 Strong troubleshooting skills with Apple devices
🔹 Excellent communication & customer service
🔹 Bonus: IT certifications, Google Workspace experience
