Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights?

Canada Life is looking for an Analyst, Data & Analytics to join our Insurance Solutions team. In this role, you’ll work with large datasets, build impactful dashboards and reports, uncover trends, and help drive business decisions through analytics. You’ll collaborate with business partners and technology teams while developing expertise in connected data and performance management.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in:

✅ SQL
✅ Power BI & Data Modeling
✅ Databricks / Azure Data Environment
✅ Data Analysis & Storytelling
✅ Strong Communication Skills

This hybrid opportunity is based in our Toronto or London, Ontario Head Office locations and includes an ongoing expectation to work in the office three days per week.
