AI/ML Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: AI/ML Engineer (Remote)
💼 Type: Full-Time | Experience Required: 7+ Years

🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Develop AI agents using React, TypeScript, and Go
• Interface directly with clients and CX teams to customize solutions
• Build, test, and deploy conversational agents with deep integration into APIs and knowledge bases
• Monitor and improve agent performance using feedback and real-world interactions

🛠️ What You’ll Bring:
✅ 3+ years in software development of highly technical products
✅ Expertise in React, TypeScript, and LLMs
✅ Strong coding & testing discipline – this is not a low-code/no-code role
✅ Comfort with Git, terminal workflows, and VCS practices
✅ Hands-on experience building full-stack applications with direct customer impact

🌟 Nice to Have:
• Experience in building LLM-driven agents or conversational AI systems
• Understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation of AI outputs
• Exposure to end-to-end agent lifecycle: design, development, deployment, feedback, iteration
