What We Need From You
Experience
8–10 years of experience in Application Development or Systems Analysis.

Core AI/ML Foundations
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, and AI fundamentals.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Generative AI & LLM Expertise
Hands-on experience with leading LLMs including Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Llama, and other open-source models.
Deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including advanced RAG implementation techniques.
Proven experience building, tuning, and deploying LLM-based applications using platforms such as Vertex AI and Hugging Face.
Strong prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and reusable prompt template development skills.
Experience implementing agentic AI frameworks and use cases.
Knowledge of AI guardrails and GenAI performance and safety evaluation methodologies.
Programming & Data Engineering
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, FastAPI, Seaborn, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
Experience integrating GenAI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs, knowledge graphs, and orchestration tools.
Hands-on experience with vector databases such as PGVector, Pinecone, MongoDB Atlas, and Neo4j.
Experience working with large volumes of unstructured data and high-throughput processing environments.
Deployment & MLOps
Proven experience deploying GenAI-based models into production environments.
Strong understanding of MLOps principles, model evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD.
Cloud & Containerization
Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift for deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
Comfortable solving complex and ambiguous technical challenges.
