Job Title: AI Data Engineer
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Job Description:

•Ability to contribute to team and project success by developing innovative, reusable, and flexible solutions.
Strong attention to detail around business process design and process improvement.
Ability to identify customer changes to scope or other project issues and escalating that to management
•Collaborate with onshore/offshore lead/designers, analyze lld/sttm, translate apply business rules to data transformations.
Create lld/sttm documents, develop, test, and deploy data integration processes using talend open studio.
Analyzes data from various sources/target, including databases, webservices and flat files.
Talend job development/support, deployment, optimization, error handling processes bug fixing.
Adopt integration standards, best practices while creating talend jobs.
•Detailed design and development of applications and solution providing. Guiding the team technically and detailed reviews of the solution .Willingness and motivation to learn and adapt to different technologies.
Train new team members

Essential skills:
“Data Engineers” or “Software Developers, not Data Scientists.
6- 8 years of experience on Python DevOps Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning
Web Dev Experience Mongo DB GenerativeAI (Productionizing – real work experience)
