Agile Coach/Scrum Master & Product Owner

I’m #hiring for a Agile Coach/Scrum Master & Product Owner for a Very-Well-Established IAM Solutions Consultancy in Canada!

Role #1: Agile Coach/ Scrum Master [Must speak FRENCH!]***
[*6 months contract + possible extensions, Remote in Canada!]

This role supports delivery at scale and ensures Agile execution across enterprise teams.

Must-Have Experience:
· Agile Coach experience supporting an Agile Release Train (ART)
· Strong Scrum Master background (hands-on delivery support)
· Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe highly preferred)
· Experience coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders
· Strong facilitation and communication skills

Role #2: Product Owner [Must speak FRENCH!]***
[*12 months contract + possible extensions, Remote in Canada!]

Ownership of the Active Directory & identity services platform from vision through delivery.

Must-Have Experience
· Product ownership of Active Directory / Identity services
· Define and communicate product vision & roadmap
· Strong backlog ownership and prioritization
· Translate business goals into user stories & acceptance criteria
· Act as bridge between business stakeholders and engineering
· Make trade-off decisions (scope, budget, timelines)
· Review and validate delivered work
