Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Advanced Analytics Data Scientist. This position involves developing and deploying sophisticated analytical models using cutting-edge machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from large and complex data sets. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Utilize advanced analytical algorithms, including machine learning, deep learning, and AI, to analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
Design and implement new data modeling processes and predictive systems to support business strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Collaborate with data engineers to develop data pipelines and analytics tables.
Extract and mine data from diverse sources to evaluate the feasibility of AI/ML solutions for enhanced data processing.
Conduct large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Provide actionable recommendations to business leaders to enhance market competitiveness.
Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies and tools for developing innovative data solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with investment distribution teams and leadership to implement analytics solutions.
Anticipate industry trends and respond proactively with strategic analytics initiatives.
Support broader project activities and adapt to changing business priorities as needed.
Desired Skill-Set

4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent in data science, analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Proven experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving project needs.

Experience in the investment industry or financial sales.
