Position: Adoption Coaches/ System & ERP Trainers Type: 2 week contract + extensions Location: Nova Scotia Travel required: Across Nova Scotia – Multiple Healthcare locations Rate: $90/hr CAD “all encompassing cost”- candidates are responsible for funding their own airfare, lodging, Ubers/car rentals, and meals. Must Haves’s • Familiarity with acute care clinical workflows (Nursing, Provider support, Pharmacy, Lab, Diagnostic Imaging) • Comfort providing fast, in the moment coaching in busy clinical environments • Clear communication skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure • Valid driver’s license to get between sites • Working cellphone and laptop for training, scheduling, and connectivity
