Hiring: Administrative Assistant – Spanish & German Support
📅 Contract: Jan 5, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026
📍 Location: Onsite, 44 Capital Blvd, Edmonton
🕒 Hours: Mon–Fri | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM

Do you enjoy supporting multicultural teams and contributing to international education initiatives?

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Proofreading & formatting Word documents
✔ Budget updates & tracking in Excel
✔ Organizing events, meetings & venue bookings
✔ Preparing documents, memos & correspondence
✔ Answering calls/emails & general admin support
✔ Document management (copying, scanning, filing)
✔ Processing expenses
✔ Taking meeting minutes
✔ Supporting Spanish & German language advisors

🔹 Mandatory Qualifications
🔸 Strong ability to read, write & speak Spanish
🔸 Strong ability to read, write & speak German
🔸 Strong English communication skills
🔸 1+ year experience using Spanish in an office setting
🔸 1+ year experience using German in an office setting
🔸 1+ year admin experience
🔸 Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

🔹 Nice to Have
▪ Experience working or living abroad
▪ Experience with public sector
▪ Experience with schools or educational partners
▪ Experience working with international colleagues
